What’s Included in Our Coffee Catering Service
Service Sized to Your Guest Count
ICON serves everything from small office gatherings to 10,000+ guest conferences and multi-day trade shows. With up to three mobile espresso bars and flexible staffing, we configure the service around attendance, timing, and expected drink volume. One barista typically produces about 50 drinks per hour.

Setup, Service & Breakdown
We arrive with everything needed to operate the coffee bar, handle setup and guest service, and clean up afterward. No plumbing connection is required—we bring our own water. Most events only require a level service area and a dedicated standard 110V outlet.

Clear, Upfront Pricing
Every quote is all-inclusive and built around your event. Packages start at $850, with final pricing based on service time, staffing, guest count, menu, and customization—always with clear upfront pricing and no hidden fees.
